Gajendiran is the founder and owner of Nalvidhai Institute of Visual Arts, where he conducts online art classes for students from India, the United States, London, Singapore, and Australia. In addition to his role at Nalvidhai Institute of Visual Arts, Gajendiran is an experienced Fine Art Teacher with over 9 years of experience in the field. He has taught Fine Art at Delhi College of Art in Rajouri Garden, Safdarjung branch & Janki Devi Vocational Centre. Currently teaching Fine Arts in Oxaliss International School CBSE in Kallakurichi and Sri Ramakrishna Vidya Mandir International School CBSE in Ulundurpet

Gajendiran has participated in several exhibitions and competitions, including the 12th, 13th, and 15th Annual Art Exhibitions organized by Delhi Collage of Art at LALIT KALA AKADEMY in New Delhi, and the Group Exhibition “PAR” Female Solidarity (Photography) at the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi. He has also won several awards and appreciation.
